1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Agreement

This document constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

By browsing, accessing, or registering on TodayWalkin (accessible via todaywalkin.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue using the platform.

2. Nature of Platform & Intermediary Status

TodayWalkin operates exclusively as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000. Our sole objective is to compile, index, and present publicly available and recruiter-submitted notifications regarding offline walk-in recruitment drives and job openings in India.

3. Zero Placement Fees & Absolute Anti-Fraud Policy

TodayWalkin is committed to ethical employment discovery. We strictly prohibit the listing of any recruitment drives where candidates are asked to pay monetary fees for:

• Interview registration, hall tickets, or gate passes;
• Refundable or non-refundable security deposits;
• Laptop, hardware, or study material allocation;
• Mandatory training modules as a condition of hiring;
• Background verification or document processing fees.

If any person, recruiter, or entity representing themselves as a prospective employer listed on TodayWalkin demands payment, you must refuse immediately and report the incident to support@todaywalkin.com. TodayWalkin disclaims any financial liability for transactions conducted outside our platform.

4. Listing Accuracy & Candidate Due Diligence

While our moderation team exercises reasonable diligence to curate, verify, and cross-reference walk-in details against authorized company press notices, campus announcements, and verified recruiter submissions:

• Recruitment schedules, interview slots, venue addresses, candidate intake quotas, and eligibility criteria are determined entirely by the respective hiring organization and may be altered, postponed, or canceled at their discretion without prior notice.
• Candidates are advised to exercise independent prudence, confirm timings with the official employer portals where available, and carry standard valid identification and educational credentials.
• TodayWalkin does not warrant or guarantee that attending an interview will result in an interview being conducted, an offer of employment, or reimbursement of travel or subsistence expenses incurred.

5. User Eligibility & Account Security

To create an account on TodayWalkin, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• The details you provide during registration (including your name, email address, and mobile number) are true, current, and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials. Any action undertaken through your authenticated session will be deemed your authorized action.
• You will immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security compromise of your account.

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international cyber laws. In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree that you will NOT host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform assets, including but not limited to the TodayWalkin brand, logo, user interface, software code, graphic design, layout algorithms, and compiled directory structure, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong exclusively to TodayWalkin.

Third-Party Trademarks: Company names, brand logos, and trademarks displayed in connection with recruitment drives remain the exclusive property of their respective corporate owners. Their appearance on TodayWalkin is strictly nominative and for factual identification purposes to inform job seekers of public hiring drives, constituting fair use under applicable trademark doctrines.

8. Third-Party Links & Map Integrations

Our platform integrates third-party services, such as Google Maps API, to provide geolocation distance calculations, travel time estimates, and navigation directions to interview venues.

Your use of Google Maps features is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of route calculations, traffic conditions, external website contents, or safety of third-party physical interview premises.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular career outcome, non-infringement, or continuous error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, TodayWalkin, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Travel expenses, lodging costs, or loss of time incurred while attending any walk-in interview listed;
• Actions, misconduct, hiring discrimination, or broken promises of employers encountered through walk-in listings;
• Interruption of service, data corruption, or technical bugs beyond reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TodayWalkin, its officers, administrators, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any information or resume data you submit that infringes third-party rights or contains fraudulent assertions; or (c) your violation of applicable cyber laws or third-party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform, without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, automated abuse, or compromised platform security.

You may discontinue your account at any time by requesting deletion through our support channels.

12. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without reference to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of India, and you hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
